Why It Works & What To Expect
In these yoga lessons, we take a whole-body approach rooted in the Tensegrity model, offering you a clear path for progress while focusing on both your short-term and long-term goals. Perfect for all levels—whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner—these sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.

By working with the body’s fascia (connective tissue), which envelops and connects muscles, bones, and organs, we’ll use movement adaptations tailored to your unique physique. We’ll guide you through the five primary directions of movement to improve mobility, strengthen your deepest core muscles, and enhance overall stability. This targeted approach unlocks accessible transformation in your body, whether you’re practicing at home or in the studio.

In addition, we’ll incorporate functional breathing techniques to increase oxygenation throughout your body, supporting cellular health and vitality. When your body receives optimal nourishment—through movement and breath—energy flows more freely, allowing for greater clarity, strength, and well-being in both body and mind.

Please note: These lessons are focused on learning movement and breath to support your physical practice and overall well-being. If you're seeking a deeper understanding or wish to work on a specific physical or emotional issue, I recommend scheduling a Yoga Therapy session for a more personalized, therapeutic approach.
Process overview once booked:
Completion of the New Client Form.
Complimentary phone call for introductions and questions.

Customized Session Details:
Body assessment (injuries, alignment, mobility & strength)
Integration of mind and body
Application of tools based on individual needs and or desires such as movement, breath, mediation, support, adaptations, strength training etc.
Reintegration into the rest of your day.
Ongoing practices for in between sessions which may include recordings.

The goal is to give you the tools and knowledge of how to implement them on your own, so that you can cultivate a sustainable practice without a professional guide moving forward. Resources will always be shared and ongoing support is always included.
